In our seventy-fifth year, Willerby has been the UK’s largest manufacturer of holiday homes and lodges. We love designing practical and beautiful homes for parks not only in the UK but also across the world.

We have a vacancy for Customer Care Engineer, a role that is integral to the service we provide to our customers once our units become holiday homes across the country.

A little more about the role

As Customer Care Engineer, you will become the face of Willerby when dealing with warranty services that have arisen for our valued customers.

You will provide a timely service that is second to none, ensuring the ethos of responsibility is maintained after our units have left the site in Hull.

Given the nature of the role, travelling to various park sites across the country is essential and you will ensure that service work is completed to a high standard.

Key responsibilities

  • Represent the business at all levels, liaising with clients, customers and dealers in a professional manner

  • Manage customer warranty issues and complete all service work to the Company’s expected quality standard

  • Maintain a high level of service to all our customers using the ethos “our customer, our responsibility”

  • Support the wider Customer Service team with knowledge of products as necessary

  • Ensure workload is prioritised regularly so customer issues can be remedied at the earliest opportunity

  • Ensure that off-site Health & Safety risk assessments are completed, and off-site park rules and procedures are followed

Job requirements

About You

Given the nature of the role, you will need to be able to plan and project manage all aspects of service rectification.

You will be regularly communicating with internal stakeholders and external customers so you will need outstanding interpersonal skills.

A diving licence (preferably clean) is an essential requirement alongside a good logistical knowledge of the UK and Europe.

Ideally, you will also have a good understanding of our product, from parts to the finished goods, though training will be provided.
